• We will at all times assign responsibility for protection of personal information and development of our internal systems to a designated officer in order to help ensure appropriate management of personal information. Purpose of Use

Personal information we collect may be used for the following purposes:

1. Providing services on the Website (hereinafter called the “Online Services”) to customers and conducting related operations
2. Processing of customer sign-ups for the Online Services, such as updates and competitions. Responses to customer inquiries and complaints
3. Storage and processing of uploaded 3D scan data, for the purpose of serving said 3D scan data via the website
4. Efforts to design, customize, and improve the Service to interest of our users, including sending questionnaires to users (no personal information collected thereby will be disclosed to any third parties)
5. Notification to contest winners

6. Fulfillment of online orders that requires sharing customer order information on a need to know basis to our order fulfillment centre and supplier
