How real and convincing are 3D scans today? How about this dapper statue? I’m using augmented reality to showcase the scan I made in the Monocle Prime App. Seen in the viewer, I can spin it and see the details from all sides. It’s just like having the real thing, except in 3D I don’t have to touch it for fear of breaking it, especially with something so fragile.
